FlySiesta Analysis Suite
Open-source analysis tool for activity and sleep data, from the Drosophila Activity Monitor System (TriKinetics Inc., Waltham, MA). The main focus is on burstiness analysis of inter-event intervals and bout durations, while still providing standard measures of activity and sleep patterns. An intuitive graphical user interface has been emphasized, to facilitate burstiness analysis for users with limited mathematical and/or programming background. Written and runs in Matlab.
